Has anyone had problems with CraftDirect.com?

I ordered a cartridge from CraftDirect.com and they sent me the wrong one. I called them twice and each time they offered to send me a prepaid return label so I can exchange the cartridge. There seems to be a problem with my e-mail address because I have not received the label (twice).

I'm sure this is an honest mistake, but to make sure ... has anyone else ever had a problem with them?
