Has anyone had an Italy Ceremony?

Has anyone had a ceremony in the Italy courtyard? It is a nice space (generally speaking), but I was wondering what is done with it for weddings! Pictures would be greatly appreciated!!!

It's amazing how non-Disney something Disney can be! I think Italy looks lovely. What are other unique places to have ceremonies?

If there is a location you're interested in, ask if it's possible. That's what Scott and I did, and we wouldn't trade our Adventurers Club ceremony for anything!

Sounds good. I'm just gathering ideas right now! The Adventurers Club sounds awesome. I loved that place when I went there.

Lisa- thanks for the pictures. All of your pics look lovely! Italy looks real nice... I had a few concerns... like trashcans, etc and they clearly have been moved. I wasn't sure how well they moved that stuff when you had an in the park ceremony. What time did you have the ceremony? I know it needs to be pretty early. Was this a problem for getting ready? How about for getting guests there on time? And looking at this picture makes me wonder how sunny it is there in the morning? Just the right amount? Or was your day a little less sunny? Looks like you had blue skies from some of the other pictures.

Our ceremony was scheduled for 9am. We got there extra early about 7:50am so that we could take pictures ahead of time. Since DH and I also had our MK shoot that morning , I got up at 4am!!!!

Our guests were picked up at the two resorts we used and they arrived around 8:35am or so. I was very pleased with how our setting looked too!!

We had our vow renewal on May 27. It was a bright and sunny day. In fact, many times our photographers were waiting for a little cloud cover for the best pics. They didn't want us to squint in all the pictures, lol! The sky was gorgeous too and I would much rather have sunny over rainy!!

Italy is so beautiful. If I did not get married at SBP I would have gotten married there. It is gorgeous.

All Epcot ceremonies are at 9 am so you can have privacy before the park opens to the public.
