Has anyone had a psychic reading lately?

I just did! She was amazing. She was a "spirit messenger." she talked about my grandmother who passed away 10 years ago. She knew about lots of things in my life that she could have never known. My friend who was killed in a car accident last year came through. I keep thinking about it. I'm interested to hear of other stories!!

I haven't been yet, but I REALLY want to go to one! I just have this one question that's driving me insane and it's so hard to wait it out...

I know...good things come to those who wait. But if I only knew if I should keep waiting or not.

I did email one and he said "this will be an increasingly deepening and interesting entanglement." What the heck does that mean?

Ive had my tarot cards read quite a few times, and they have always been pretty accurate. And I know the guy who reads them so he only gives the positive out.

I did have my palm read about a month ago. It was done by some random chinese man in the hospital lobby. He was right about a lot of thigns. But there were some that I just couldn't believe. And he told me that I would never marry. So not what I wanted to hear.

I saw a lady a few months after my dad passed away. He came through and I know it was him because she said things that only he and I would know. It was comforting to know that he was in a better place and that he was okay. I want to go again and "talk" to him but I haven't had the chance to fit it in.

I had one done about 5 years ago. Alot of things she said were true, things she couldn't possibly know.

I'm still waiting for my man in a suit that flies often. :scratchin

Im a man, we dont believe that stuff (I speak on behalf of all men everywhere) :teeth:

Nice try. My ex went to one and she told him that his first marriage would end in divorce and he'd end up with an older woman (older than him, I mean). Well...we're getting a divorce and he's VERY interested in one of my coworkers, who is 43 to his 34. So...

Anyway, he's a believer.

But what else did she say that did not come true?

Lauri and I had our palms read before we were married when we were on vacation. Not sure that lady got a single thing right. She told Lauri that she would be married once. Lauri turned to me and said "well, sorry, there goes the engagement" :rotfl: (Lauri had been married previously). Of course the psychic backtracked and said "I meant you would only be married one more time." Then she told Lauri and I that we would have 3 children. Well, that's not going to happen either because shortly after we were married, Lauri got sick and can not have children. :(

I did have a reading once on a whim with a bunch of coworkers on a business trip. She told me that I would find my wife but she wouldn't be where I was from and would live far away and that an electronic device would be involved. The next year I moved to Richmond, VA from Georgia and met DW Lauri online on AOL. :)

I did on July 4th and I very much believe what I was told. The lady I saw spoke with my ex for me and he gave me my freedom on that day. He finally released me - which was something he was never willing to do when he was here. There were lots of things that she said from him that were worded exactly the way he would have said them to me so I know it was real. And she told me something that I didn't believe at the time but later found out to be true.

What was really strange was that I think he knew my boyfriend was about to come into my life and he was helping prepare me and let me know it was okay to move on. That afternoon I received my first message from my then future boyfriend. How weird is that? It wasn't until this past Sunday that I looked back to see when that first message was received.

He didn't say. I don't think he remembers if there was anything else. That's the part that he talked about all the time. He even talked about it before we were married! I should have known... :sad2:

I saw one about 10 years ago. She told me I would have 2 kids, a boy & a girl. I have 2 boys. She told me that my Grandmother-in-law was going to go through a long illness. She said the outcome would not be good. About 2 years later that came true. I wasn't even close with the Grandmother-in-law, so I don't know why she picked up on that.
This physic has since moved away. How do you find a good physic to have a reading done. I really would like to get a current reading.

Word of mouth is the best way. No one psychic can ever be 100% correct - the future is never carved in stone. Still, a good psychic can give you a LOT of what IS setting up so you can make the most of your own life. They cannot MAKE something happen. If a psychic tells you, "call me and Mr./Ms. Right will show up" ... run!

Also, not all psychics are mediums ...though it's been said that all mediums are psychic. A medium is a person who can receive messages or communication from those who have passed to the next side. If that is what you are looking for - again word of mouth is best. Unless of course you are lucky enough to get an appointment with say John Holland or John Edward!

By the way, John Holland has a good book about how to develop your own abilities. It's called "Psychic Navigator" and comes with a very nice meditation CD. It's nice to be able to use your own intuition for things!

Yes, I had one about a month ago - it was freaky how much stuff he knew about me. If he was just guessing, he was a VERY good guesser. ;)

I had my palm read a while back at the Boardwalk. This is going back about ten years or so, when the Boardwalk was new. The woman told me that I was only going to live to be 40 or so. My dad got so mad, he ran up to the manager of the Boardwalk saying something like "How magical is it for Disney to be telling a 13 year old that she's going to die at 40?" We haven't seen a psychic at the Boardwalk since. :rotfl:

Just north of Orlando is a place called Casadega. It is reputed to be the 'epicenter' of psychic-ness (if that's a word). I had been told about a lady named 'Birdie' and how her readings were always dead on. I called her, set up an appointment, and my roommate and I drove up there.

Here is how part of the conversation went:
Who is Mike or Michael?
the only Michael I know is an ex boyfriend from years ago
Who is Tom or Thomas?
It could either be Michaels best friend or another ex boyfriend from years ago
What is California to you?
Nothing - I've never been and have never had a desire to go.
Oh, I see you going there in the next three years.

Well, as I sit here in my home, in Fairfield, California married to Michael's Brother :thumbsup2 ... I can tell you that Birdie for the most part was dead on. And, those are the high points of a thirty minute conversation.

Just so you know ... I didnt instigate any of it ...
Michael contacted me Thanksgiving of 2002, I was invited to visit him (as a friend) in California where he lives and it was there that I met his family. His brother Troy and I became inseparable. :lovestruc The family saw our relationship budding long before we did.

That's Cassadaga (correct spelling if anyone wants to Google it...) It's a small community outside of Orlando. I do workshops and retreats there and go there a couple of times a week. VERY interesting place!

I know huh? A part of me wants to go back to another psychic to see what they would say, but I'm afraid to. If another one says I'm going to die at 40, I think I'd freak out.
