Has anyone gotten a WDW e-mail survey re: New Vacation Planning DVD?

I received an e-mail survey today from WDW asking my opinion about the new vacation planning dvd and my wdw travel plans. It asked about 15-20 questions re: previous visits to Disney, upcoming plans, whether I had any discounts, did I already book, when do I plan on going, etc. Has anyone else received this survey? Is this sent to everyone or just select recipients. AND the biggest question of all--COULD THIS GET ME A CODE!?!?!?! Anyone with a prior experience where they had a survey and later received a code (hoping, wishing, praying!!!)...
Or is this something everyone gets and I'm getting my hopes up for nothing

I received one like that last year. Everybody in my family who is registered did.
