Has anyone gotten a Biergarten reservation for Thanksgiving week?

My window opened today and I was able to get what I wanted, including BOG and Ohana. However, I cant find an available Biergarten reservation for lunch OR dinner?
Seems odd...

I swear something is up with Biergarten right now lol. I can't find anything for the previous week either. And I keep getting an error message as well. Someone else mentioned something about reservations being held back until Candlelight Procession dates are finalized? But that might just be a rumor. I kind of hope it's true so that more will open up once those dates are set!

I got Biergarten for the week before thanksgiving

I've been trying to get Biergarten for either lunch or dinner on 11/22 and have had no luck!

I am trying to get Biergarten for September and can't. Any date that I tried from now until November is unsuccessful.
"We were unable to check for available tables at this time.A problem occurred while looking for availability. Please try again later."
That above is the message I have been getting since last night. I called their reservation line and the agent told me it is because the restaurant is booked. I find it hard to believe that Biergarten is booked solid from now until November. I got CRT and BOG but no Biergarten! I emailed them to tell them of the glitch and am awaiting a response.

Okay, they wrote back and were of no help. They told me to call reservation line which is what I did before I emailed. Reservation line was no help either.


"We do apologize that you have been experiencing difficulties reserving a table at Biergarten Restaurant. While we understand your concerns, this email department does not have any access to the dining reservation system, and is unable to research your concerns further. For any inquiries regarding dining reservations or availability, it would be necessary to speak with a Disney Dining Reservation Specialist at 407-WDW-DINE (407-939-4363)."

I hope it's fixed soon!

That's been happening to me all weekend! Same error every time. I am really hoping it's something to do with them nailing down the dates for Candlelight Processional that is keeping Biergarten off the books (which is the word on the street...) but it's sooooo frustrating, and I have had no luck calling either. I have also tried different months, and the same thing is happening. I'm sure it's a glitch, but it's getting old lol.
