Yes, you can use the kiosk and check baggage. The kiosk will print your boarding pass. It will not print your luggage tags. It will tell you to go to the nearby counter and an agent will have your tags waiting for you, put them on the bags for you and send them on the way. It's very easy.

Using kiosks generally do not take any more time than using curb-side and you don't have to tip anyone.
