Has Anyone Ever Used Sell My Time Share?

Seems to have some interesting ones on their site. Anyone ever used them? What are your feelings about them? Thanks!

Someone last week posted on mousecellanous board that to be very cautious of that company. They charge a 500.00 fee up front to cell then you cannot reach them at all. Research that board to see. Any resaler that charges up front fees be very cautious! As far as buying from them I have no idea

Just so you know, I'm pretty sure "advanced fees" are illegal in Florida.

Whether they are illegal or not in your state, asking for a fee up front is generally considered to be a telltale sign of a scam. Every TUG newsletter I've read for the last few months is cautioning prospective buyers and sellers against falling for that.

And take "listings" with a grain of salt, especially if the brokers practices are questionable. Keep in mind that all a broker needs to create "listings" is a keyboard!

I am glad i ran into this post, I was just reviewing that website but was not sure because of the upfront fee and the price they said another timeshare of mine could rent for (one knows the market price). I am fairly new at this and don't even know who the big companies are.

The Timeshare Store, Inc.® (www.dvcstore.com) is one of the "big companies" that specializes in the resale of Disney Vacation Club.

The "Sell My Timeshare" company has been calling me totally unsolicited for the last year pretty much every month trying to get me to list with them. I've told them to stop calling and that I'm on the Do Not Call list. It doesn't seem to stop them. I have no intention of selling, but if I did, I wouldn't use them because I don't like their business practices.

same here, I don't know were they got my info. I have been in business for 46 years and can tell a phony real quick. I would stay far far away from them.
