Has Anyone Ever Traded Out Points For Gf

I am looking into staying at the RPC in the GF in February and wanted to know if anyone has ever traded their points and stayed there. Are you able to request for 1 bedrooms, so far it seems like they only set aside a number of rooms for DVC members and you get what they ive you!
