We have been to the FWF for the past 2 years. We have taken the Odyssey Cooking School sessions both years. They are a lot of fun. The chef prepares the dishes while the audience watches. The you get a meal of what he/she prepares. Last year we saw Rocco DeSpirito.
We have also been to the Party for the Senses which is great and to the Food and Wine Pairings at France, Japan, and Morocco. Also, been to Sweet Sundays.
This year the "Cooking School" is called The Chef, the Book, and the Bottle. Evidently you get an autographed cookbook from the chef, a bottle of wine, and the demonstration as well as lunch. There's also Chef's Afield, which is new. Again, I speculate, you go outside with the chef and "pick" the ingredients for the meal.
Anyway, all of what we have done in the past has been terrific or we wouldn't be going again this year.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Bob
