I purchased my tickets from Ticketmania because they were recommended by the mousesavers web site. I received them yesterday and they were not your usually credit card plastic tickets. They were cardboard type tickets which made me slightly concerned.

Has anyone ever purchased tickets through ticketmania? If so, can you provide any positive or negative feedback?

Yes I have purchased tickets through them and they were cardboard with the magnetic strip. I haven't ever gotten plastic hard tickets (like credit cards). I think that's only if you get them at the disney store or on your room key.

I had no problems, they came quickly in the mail and the discount was good.

Thank you so much, I feel much better now.

I admit they delivered the tickets right away and Ticketmania offered the best price of all the online ticket agencies.

We just used them 12-16-05 through 12-23-05. When we checked into resort I ask them if they could put them on room plastic key card. Disney said they could since I did not use them yet. I was staying a split stay at two resorts so that was a small problem. I'am so GLAD I did NOT go with the plastic card because there were a total of (4) that meant I needed to keep up with (4) tickets together which were (thick) and needed to get to them FAST so I bought this plastic card holder clear from walmart it goes around your neck. The paper tickets worked SO much better for the holder much MUCH thiner. They were also much easier when fast passing quicker than plastic room key. I even had people at fastpass ask ..Hey where did you get your tickets they seem to work so well. The plastic clear holder also had another pocket where ALL fastpasses went. Because they were so thin I was able to also carry credit card in holder. I would prefer paper thin ticket myself. They never did some apart they held up very well (8 day hopper) we did sign the back of card just made it easier when passing them out right before we went in park. 3 of tickets looked same one of the tickets looked different :earsgirl: I got mine through mousesavers great price. TicketMania was great to work with they sent me a big packet info. I plan to use them again!

I had a little trouble getting myself to make the final transaction buying from Ticketmania online, it was SOOO much money! I had done my homework and Ticketmania was highly recommended and I got a great price through my Mousesavers newsletter link. Just for my peace of mind, I called the Ticketmania office to ask a question. I wanted to check their customer service, like would I get put on hold and have trouble getting to talk to a real person, etc. I called on a Saturday, a real person answered and was extremely helpful. I felt better then. The tickets arrived just when they were supposed to, along with a pile of Orlando travel guides and coupons. They also sent a photocopy of the back of the tickets, in case they got lost we had proof to replace them. I couldn't have been happier. Each of our 4 tickets has a different picture. We signed them and marked on the back each day that was used for a park, or for an option like Disneyquest so we know exactly how many days and options we have left.

Just received my tickets in the mail from them. Used them also a few years ago. Everything is fine. They sent a photocopy with them, in case you lose your ticket, Disney can get the information from the code on the back of the ticket, from the copy. Also, they send a lot of travel pamphlets from the area. Very satisfied with doing business with them. :)

I purchased park tickets at Ticketmania for our May 2004 trip, and I plan on purchasing through them again for our May 2006 trip. I think they offer the best prices. I got the tickets in a timely fashion and was very pleased with them.

Good luck and have fun!!! ::MickeyMo

I ordered tickets at the end of 2005, right before the ticket price increase.
I saved 100's through ticketmania! Especially with the mousesavers link. :) More money to spend @ Disney!

Tickets were mailed via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation.
They sent along a bunch of attraction and dining booklets too.

Yes..! Yes...! We purchased the tickets for our May 2005 trip through TicketMania. They were the cardboard tickets with Mickey and other Disney Characters on them....and they worked just fine...and we got a great cut...on the price.... :cool1:

We bought our passes last year from them, and also had no problems at all. We'll be using them again soon.

I used them in Oct for my trip in Dec and have no complaints. They were very good. I will be using them again for my Oct. trip!

FYI... ITs in their FAQ's now... I questioned them before it was listed in there and they responded that they are not the credit card type just the reinforced cardboard type.

ALSO, I have heard (never done but will do in May) that you can get your tickets (no matter where you bought them) added onto your Room Key so that it is all in one... Much better idea!

You know I've never had the KTTW type of ticket (hard plastic). I'm much happier having my room key, my ticket and my credit cards as separate entities.
