Has anyone ever had this problem on DVC website!!!???

For some reason I can not book into July at my 11 month mark!! Here is where I’m at. When I click on June 27th I should be able to book out 7 nights but it will only let me book till June 30th. I’m unable to even see July month

Chat with member services had me:
clear cookies: tried and nothing happened
Try a different web browser: nothing
Had me book two nights then go in and try to modify and I still couldn’t book any days in July!!!


Has this ever happened to anyone???? Any suggestions, thoughts or help would be so appreciated!!!!!
 
It is working for me. Did you try incognito? That might work
 
Do you happen to have a July Use Year? If so, you can't book online across the UY date - in this case, possible July 1. If that is the case, Member Services certainly should have been able to help you out. If that is not the case, not sure what's going on. But if you can book to June 30, it sounds like a UY issue. MS will need to book the rooms in July for you.

There is no July UY.

I have an April use year
 
Book the 3 or 4 nights you can so the room is booked for you and can't be grabbed by anyone else.

Then wait until it's fixed, or call/chat with member services to have them modify it for you. Kind of like an old school walk

Definitely did just frustrated that I can’t see or do what everyone else can!!! lol
Were you using the Check Resort Availability tool on the opening page, or the Book a Vacation link in the dropdown list? A few weeks ago someone reported a similar problem, and when I tested on my account, I duplicated the problem when using Check Resort Availability but had no problem when using Book a Vacation.

Oh my god that’s it!!!! Thank you!!! So strange. Wonder why it does that!! Thank you so much for helping!!
