Has anyone ever had their wedding/reception bumped...

to another location. My friend just found out that her Desert Party is being bumped due to a booking error. I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

Or how about bumped due to a convention? I just got booked at the one year mark, but it makes me nervous to wait another 4 months in case a convention wants the site...Anyone?

I shouldn't be hearing this... after all my stress about getting the date. UGH!!!

If it helps, the planner told me that out of about 500 people, only about 5 usually get bumped....
