Has anyone ever emailed webcertificates.com regarding

their webbie? The first 2 I cashed out for at MyPoints came within a week. I cashed out for another one on the 10th and have yet to receive it.

Just wondering if it would help to email webcertificates.com. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

MyPoints seems to redeem in batches once or twice a month for Webbies. So the first time you were probably just lucky and cashed in in time to get it in a week. This time it's just taking a little longer. Usually everybody that's waiting for them gets them on the same day and someone often posts here that they've come. I don't think emailing WC would help any. But that's just my opinion.

Same here. I cashed out for a webbie on 11-14 and nothing yet. I had cashed out 10-13 and received it within a couple of days.

I also cashed out around the same time. I decided to email mypoints about it and I received this reply from them yesterday:

Webcertificate redemption. We apologize for the inconvenience. There was
a slight delay in processing your order, but please rest assured that
your webcertificate will be on its way soon. Please allow an additional
10-15 business days to receive your verification email from the vendor.
