Has anyone else suddenly stopped getting E-Rewards surveys?

How did everyone "join" e-rewards? The website says you need an invitation from the sponsors. Is it just a random invitation? How did you get started? Thank you!

I joined years ago when I was flying at lot on US Airways for business, I assumed they were the sponsor that invitation came from.

I believe it's always been by invitation only.

I have enough points to cash in for a 25.00 Starbucks. I am not a regular (honestly never) Starbucks customer so I need some help here. I think I had read before that you take the e-cert and add it to a card or maybe your account on your phone to use?

I have an iPhone so if I need an app that is fine and I have a local Starbucks so if I need to run in there that is fine.

Basically I just need to know the easiest way to use my e-cert. Leaving for FL Friday and taking 6 teens (nieces and nephews) and I know I will need a frappe here and there.

Thanks,
Liz

I don't have a smartphone so I just add the funds to my existing card. I know Starbucks has a smartphone app. I am sure someone will be along who can help you with using it on your phone.

Always nice to have a FREE cold beverage in the FL heat.

A few months ago I stopped getting surveys. It turns out I had accidentally marked one as spam so they stopped sending then to me. About a month later erewards sent me an email telling me what had happened and I think I had to go to a link in the email to start getting surveys again.
Love e-rewards. I use it to get Southwest points.

I still get a few a week, but I don't participate much any more because I can no longer get cash or gift cards with my earnings. When I wrote to complain they said each account holder has different award choices.

interesting. I never had the option to get cash, just travel rewards, iTunes GC, Starbucks and a few others. until a couple of years ago I was able to get Target gift cards.

Not a big fan of Starbucks (much prefer Dunkin Donuts), but am happy to get the Kcups for free since I got the Keurig

Obviously I need some help! I've been doing E-Rewards for a few years now, but the only option I've EVER SEEN when I want to cash out is the UPromise option... and the "cash" is just a small fraction of what is listed in as my "E-Rewards dollars" (like I think I got about $50 deposited into my Upromise account with the $200 e-rewards dollars I had earned). It felt like a rip-off and I really slowed down the number of surveys I was doing. But if I could get airmiles, that would be GREAT!

What am I doing wrong?.....................P

The rewards are tailored to your demographics. So, while I see Best Buy GCs and Southwest RR miles, you see only the UPromise option (which isn't available to me). However, the e-rewards dollars do not exchange 1:1 for US dollars for anyone. I don't think that I've seen a single GC that went for the same number of e-rewards dollars as the face value of the GC with the possible exception of restaurant.com where you can get a $25 GC for $20 in e-rewards dollars. A $25 iTunes or Starbucks GC would cost me $75 in e-rewards dollars!

GUess I need to change my demographic! Thanks.............P

I am having the same problem, too. I haven't received any in over a year! I used to get 3-4 a week. I inquired with them since they stopped so suddenly and my husband still gets his, and they just said there has been nothing available. I don't believe them since I had several weekly then suddenly none for a year.
