Has anyone else not received their "bill" for next years dues

I just purchased a resale during the summer. Everything worked out fine. Received all things in the mail that I was supposed to receive for being a new member and what all the members get as well except for a statement about dues. It seems some of you have already received your statement. Does it matter what resort you own or is it just DVC's insane mail policy? I own at BWV if that makes a difference.

I don't think anyone has received their bills yet...just the statements announcing the proposed rates for 2003.

I know I haven't gotten my bill yet....if I recall, it comes around the middle of December so it will probably be in next week's mail.

Just the other day, I noted that last year's bill for BWV dues was dated Dec. 18. It arrived just before Christmas. Since we had a reservation for arrival on Jan. 2, I had to arrange payment right away, since we had requested a single annual payment when we purchased our resale early in 2001. If you make a single annual payment, the bill is due the earlier of Jan. 15 or the start of a reservation in the new calendar year. I have since processed a request to switch to direct debit from my checking account on a monthly basis so I don't have to deal with that before our trip this January.
