Has anyone else had trouble logging into MyPoints account?

I am getting so frustrated. I have been trying to log into my account and I can't. When I click on the "show me" button in my e-mails, a pop up screen comes up wanting me to log into mypoints. I went directly to MyPoints and logged in and it is calling me a guest with zero points. I e-mailed them and told them what was happening and they verified that I do have over 5400 points and said to check my cookies-which I had already done. I am waiting for another reply from them, but was wondering if anyone else has ever run into this problem and how you solved it. thanks.

I just opened a couple of emails and had no problems with the "show me" option. Mine seems to be working just fine. Sorry!

I haven't had a problem either. Did you try deleting your cookies?
