Has anyone else had this problem?

I just tried to schedule a Character Call for my kids, since it was included in our package - and I went to disneycharactercalls.com, entered all the information needed, including my reservation number, and after I clicked "Submit" I get an error message saying my reservation cannot be found in their system and nothing works.

Has this happened to anyone else? I already contacted guest services via email, but I was curious if it's only me, and I should be concerned, or if it's a glitch in the website.

I tried to do it for DCL, and had something similar happen.
