Has anyone else bought one of these?

Just back from our first cruise and loved it. Even booked next years cruise on board. Anyway, I thought that the cruise directory in our stateroom was really cool, so I went to treasure katch and asked if they had any to sell. They had some previous volumes left over and I bought one of those for $15. I just wondered how many of those disappeared from staterooms? It's a cool souvinier even though it is filled with ads. Does anyone else have these books?

Pth--

I think the ship directories are cool too although I've never purchased one.

I'm sure that many are stolen by guests but it's my understanding that if you do indeed decide to keep the one in your stateroom a charge will be added to your account at the end of the cruise. They do this for the stateroom clocks as well.

Last June they were giving the old ones away at Treasure Ketch. I have two of them. I like to pull them out and look through them once in awhile.

I'm just wonderind how they charge your account at the end of the cruise if the missing directory isn't discovered until after you have settled your bill and left the ship. I'm sure they can charge your credit card if you paid that way, but what about if you pay with cash/check? Do they send you a bill at home for the cost of the directory?
