Has anyone eaten gluten-free at Whispering Canyon?

Just wondered if anyone had any experiences eating gluten free at Whispering Canyon? My husband's parents and his sister's family are going to WDW next week and my MIL has booked dinner at Whispering Canyon. We've always had great luck speaking with the Disney chefs about her dietary restrictions. This will be a new restaurant for her, so I was curious about what options the chef might suggest. Thanks!

We went before the recent menu changes, but I seem to recall that just about everything on the skillet was okay. I ended up ordering steak and potatoes, but they would have made me a skillet no problem. They also brought out an AMAZING gluten free cornbread.

The milkshakes were delicious - and safe, and for dessert they made me a brownie sundae.

They make the absolute best cornbread you'll ever eat. I'm not exagerating this; it is DELICIOUS. My DH who can eat whatever he wants ended up grabbing some of my cornbread because it was so much better than his.

I haven't eaten there since the menu change. I was there last August. I should have a review; let me see if I can find it. We enjoyed pretty much everything we ate.
