We've done the Titanic a couple of times but my DH is a real Titanic "nut" so it was worth it to him. It's worth the money and you can get a discount if you have the Orlando card or AAA (I'm not sure what other discounts they offer). They also have coupons you can use that you can get by various means. We used AAA so I'm not sure about the rest.
It's a nice tour with tour guides that take you from the beginning when they built it to when it sank. I don't want to tell you too much because I'm not sure how much you want to know about the exhibit. Some people would rather be surprised and I don't want to spoil it for you.
For a first time experience, I would say "go for it". After you've been to it once, you can decide if it's worth a second trip. I know they change it occasionally because it was a little different the second time we went. The spiel I mean, not the exhibit. I think you'll enjoy it.
We visited the Titanic exhibition in 2000. We weren't quite sure what to expect and I won't spoil it by saying too much. The artefacts which were genuine were quite thrilling to see and provoked mixed emotions but we found the playacting a little too melodramatic at times. All in all, worth a visit - it's different!
Just received my $5.00 entertainment book and there is a coupon for one free visit in it. It may be worth you getting the book. But let me know if you want I will mail you the coupon. It expires in November.
The Titanic exhibit was really neat!! We went last year and liked it a lot. It is a bit expensive but you can find coupons in those little travel coupon books all over Orlando.
