This looks so unbelievably cute and my daughter would probably love it! The issue is that it cost $250 bucks. That is crazy for what it sounds like you get.

Can those of you who went give an opinion as to whether this is worth it or not? If possible, try not to include too much sentiment in your response (i.e. the look in my daughters eyes was well worth the $250). My daughter luckily loves everything Disney so she'll probably be giving that look all throughout our vacation, for a lot less than $250 bucks a pop!

But seriously, to those who have gone, is this worth the $$$$?

TIA

We did this when my daughter was about 6 and she LOVED it! In my opinion, it was worth the $$$ for the look on her face. She and several of her cheer friends, we were there to compete, dressed up like Sleeping Beauty and it was really sweet. The meal was ok, the girls like it b/c of the cut out sandwiches! They got to spend time with Rose Petal, and several others. (I can't remember their names) We got the Sleeping Beauty doll, charm bracelet, septor, and a scrapbooking kit. It was really fun and she really enjoyed it. Hope this helps! :cutie:

We've also done it. Not much to add other than seconding the recommendation to do it. Our daughter (4 at the time) loved it!

I too was wondering about this, but had a few other questions as well:

1. The Disney website says, $250 per person. So, is it actually $500 if mom/daughter go?

2. My wife would also most likely need to bring along my other two daughters, ages 2 and 7 months. Is it $250 for the 2 year old as well, or are under 3 free?

It's $250 for the child and a parent. Together. It would not be $500. I'm not sure about the little ones. If they're considered free throughout Disney, I'd imagine that'd be no exception. But you might want to call Disney to find out about that. :goodvibes

Your little girl can dress up and have a special tea party with Princess Aurora from Sleeping Beauty. The tea party is hosted by "Rose Petal" a magical rose from Aurora's garden, who will lead sing-alongs, storytelling and a princess parade.

In addition to the tea party, princess cake and meet and great with Aurora, each guest from 3-11 will receive "My Disney Girl" collectable doll plus accessories; a tiara, Princess link bracelet, princess scrapbook page and a "Best Friend" certificate.

If a little boy wishes to attend, they will receive a teddy bear and princely crown instead of the doll and tiara!

Adults receive a selection of hot tea and a luncheon plate with small sandwiches, cheese briquettes, lavosh crackers and fruit.

Children receive juice and a luncheon plate with fruit, small sandwiches and heart-shaped peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

$250 includes gratuity (but not tax) for one adult and one child ages 3-11. Additional adult guest (12 and older) is $85 plus tax and an additional child is $165 plus tax. Refunds available if you cancel more than 72 hours from the date of your event.

Book up to 180 days in advance. Your credit card will be charged by WDW prior to the event.

Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 10:30am - Noon. Check in 15 minutes prior to reservation time.

Under 3 is free. Additional child is $165 (ages 3-11)

I took my DD when she was 4 and she loved it. I do feel that it is pricey, but for a one time thing for a girl who is crazy about princesses, it was worth it.

The reviews I have seen say the event and entertainment is wonderful, but don't expect good food.
