HI - don't know much about this - how does it work? Do you need to be a patron of FW to attend it? What time of the evening is it? All the info you have would be great! Thanks

We did this last year and it was so much fun. You definitely don't have to be a guest at FW. You show up at the appointed time (there were two times when we were there, one in the early eve. and then one later on -- times change, so call to check for sure) and pay the driver (it meets right near where the Hoop De Doo Revue is held). I don't know if advance reservations are accepted, as we didn't make any. We just showed up and paid the driver. I remember it seemed realy inexpensive, for Disney. It was $8 per adult, I think -- maybe $5. Again, call to check as these things change. We went on the later ride and the driver stopped so we could watch the electrical water pageant go by. It was really nice. Our driver was super nice, telling stories and starting sing alongs during the entire ride. I don't know if they're all like that, but this guy was great.

Two words of warning: first, if you are allergic to hay, don't ride. This is really a hayride, not a Disney sanitized version of one. Some poor guy on our ride sniffled and sneezed the whole time. He was allergic, but determined to gut it out for his family. I don't know if there was enough Benadryl for him when he got off! Second: wear bug repellant. It winds through the woods and by the lake and, during buggier months, you can be carried away by the mosquitos. But it is really fun and we had a great time.
