Has anyone done the Epcot Aqua Seas Tour?

My DD is interested and was reading up a little on it, wondering how it is different from Dolphins in Depth. So, we'd like to hear from anyone who has done this tour recently.

Also, has anyone done the Epcot tour that is only offered during the Flower and Garden show? I think it's called "Epcot Garden Discoveries". If so, how was it?
