Has anyone/does anyone take Hydroxycut or Slimquick?

Do you mind if I look at your WISH journal? I had my weightwatchers leader look at my food journal because I felt like I was doing an alright job of monitoring my food intake, and eating within my points, and she pointed out some really simple things that were making my choices not so good. I would be happy to look at your journal and see if I can make any suggestions.

I recently started going to Jazzercise, and it is great! Everyone there is "normal" sized, no skinny barbie doll girls, and it is really fun for socializing and working out. I know it sounds sort of lame, and I thought it would be, but its actually really fun! I went to jazzercise.com and put in my zipcode, I live in a sort of rural area and there were 5 within driving distance from my house, and they have all sorts of different class times depending on the location. It is definitely something to check out. Also, we got a decent treadmill on craigslist for 150.00, lots of equipment out there if you take a look.
 
Try photographing every thing you eat. Keep a camera in the kitchen and snap away every time you are about to eat something. Then you can review exactly what you ate on any given day or across the week. The camera does not lie:thumbsup2
Some studies are indicating that this is even more helpful than keeping a written record of what you eat and helps you to eat in a more mindful way.
