Has anyone cruised in Magic 6150?

I booked this room for the Oct. 5th cruise. It is waaay aft, will there be more ship movement? I liked that it looked like a quiet area and looks like maybe a slightly bigger veranda? I think there are still choices mid-ship if we decide to switch. Diana

I haven't stayed in that room, but you're right that it has a slightly bigger verandah. The trade-off is that it is the kind that is covered from the railing down, no plexiglass to see through, so when you're seated you can't see the ocean. Some people don't mind that but I much prefer being able to see the ocean without having to stand up on the verandah.

Enjoy your cruise! :)

We have been in that cabin and loved it! We loved having the extra room on the verandah! We booked the same cabins (just on the other side of the ship) for our next cruise as well! We did not mind the metal rather than plexiglass under the railing.

I have been in one of that stateroom's counterparts (6652, one room over and on the other side of the ship), and I really enjoyed it. It is similar to my favorite, 5650, which is one deck down. I love the larger verandah...I don't know about that one, but on our 7-day Magic cruise, I was able to fit a lounger chair on the verandah of 5650 and spent a lot of pleasant time out there reading and soaking up the sun. To see photos of the solid metal verandahs vs. the clear ones, check out the photos on my website at www.castawayclub.com
It tends to be much quieter aft because there is little hallway traffic back there, and you are right by the "secret" stairway to Topsiders/Beach Blankey Buffet and the deck 7 aft overlook.

Thanks for your replies. Barb, I showed my DH the pics on your site of the verandas. I can tell a difference in the size, think we'll stay where we are. My DD can't wait to paint her toenails out there, to each her own I guess! Diana
