Has anyone checked their ADRs in the new system?

I just went on line at Disney dining to check on my ADRs for November and it says I have no reservations! :scared1: Has anyone else had this problem? I am hoping they haven't all been lost in the "upgrade".
 
Just tried to see my dining reservations. Got the following response.

"We are unable to retrieve dining reservations at this time. Please try again later."
 
I've got 3 trips planned, the first one on Sat 10/23, and I still cannot access my dining reservations. I'll be patient, I have my confirmation numbers.
 

I printed my list out last week just for this reason...I am sure it will be back up soon and the ressie's aren't lost...still scary though for people.
 
I talked to the dining folks last night and all the ressies are still in the system under your phone #. She read all of mine off to me!!! It was a relief to hear her tell them to me!!!
 
Yes we have 4 reservations that just don't show up on-line.We're not going till Jan. so i won't worry about it yet.I also saved our e-mails with the confirmation numbers and times.
 
Half of mine are still missing. Hopefully tonight they will show back up but I don't know. I called and they confirmed what I have so I feel a little better but it was a shock to go in there and not see any and even the ADR numbers were not showing up. :scared1:

Panic set in until I called.
 
We also had two reservations that disappeared, but I confirmed that they are indeed in their system. I was so relieved!
 
Yes we checked the online system and none of them show up. I have at least 30+ ADRs (2 trips coming up -- 13 days in Oct/Nov and 17 days in Jan). I'll just wait and see after the updates are done.
 
A friend tried to cancel a reservation for Kona Cafe for next week and was not able to retrieve it. We have all our reservation #'s and are hoping for the best.
 
I just tried to check ours at the "my disney vacation" site and got a message that the whole site is down. Is there another place to check?
 
I have a similar question but not exactly the same. I have the dining plan on my dvc ressie and now when i pull up the ressie, it says "room only" and does not list the dining plan. I am wondering if this is due to the glitch with that is not showing dining reservations or if my dining plan got cancelled when they switched to requiring prepayment. Anyone experiencing the same thing?
 
yes mine are out in space somewhere. I have all the ADR numbers but they can't find them.

I was hoping that yesterday's upgrade would fix it, but it did not.
 
I finally just got into the site and all of ours are missing except two. I have the confirmation numbers printed out. Will they honor them at the restaurants or should I call Disney Dining direct to check on them?
 
As of today our reservations still haven't shown up online. I think it's time to call and make sure they still exist:confused3
 
Welllllll i just had a 45 minute conversation with MS but oh how productive it was:cool1:My first cruise anywhere,and my wife's 2nd (she went to Alaska 7 yrs. ago) a 4 night trip to the Bahamas on the Dream,separating our 4 night jan. trip into 3 segments so that we can do the deluxe dining plan for 2 of those nights.Also foound out that our dinner reservations do indeed still exist,it's just that now they're working on that systems computer system.WOW!!!!It's allll good:yay:

Thanks for checking. I guess we're all good as well. And have a great time on that cruise! :)
