I shop Amazon from time to time, but just noticed part of the website. http://www.warehousedeals.com/info/About_Us
Prices are generally good because according to the site, "We offer open-box, refurbished, and slightly damaged merchandise at reduced prices with the benefits of Amazon.com fulfillment and customer service."
However, everything I look at says "used". Is this a standard? If something is out of the box and then put back in, is it considered used? Or do they mean someone had it at their house, used it for a while and returned it for whatever good or (probably) bad reason?
I emailed amazon and they were not "able to comment on specific products", which of course did not answer my question about something being used.
Thanks.
