Has anyone bought clorox wipes from BJ's lately?

Over three weeks ago, Clorox wipes were in stock for shipping. I ordered them, order went through, estimated delivery 3/30. Never got them. This isn't a case of wrong house. There was never a tracking number or anything. I've been told after 30 days the order is cancelled, money is refunded. But as soon as any comes in, my order will be filled. I find it hard to believe in 3 weeks, BJ's has not gotten any new shipments in.

I just wrote them, I want the order to remain active. At some point I trust them will come in. I don't want to spend the time looking online again.

I had 4 full containers and a couple of partial ones left, but just gave two to a neighbor. So I still have enough for a little while, but not forever.

So has anyone bought any, either online or in store?

My BJs has been out since the craziness started over a month ago.

I know in some areas, retailers aren't selling disinfecting wipes to the public so they can be made available to health care centers and first responders, just like with masks.

There was one other time, I saw it in stock, and I put it in the cart, and went as far as buy now (or whatever it says) but didn't buy it since I was already waiting for the other ones. I thought for sure since I could do that, my order would show up in a few days.

No BJ's within a couple thousand miles of me, so can't speak to them, but the stores here haven't had any in over a month so it doesn't surprise me that a small regional chain can't get them if Walmart, Costco, Sam's Club and Target can't. However, toilet paper seems to be back in stock.

Check your card to make sure they didn't charge you. We ordered toilet paper and Clorox wipes. Neither shipped and we weren't charged. It still just shows in my orders on the website as not filled. Sorry you didn't get yours, when I called they said as soon as products come in the orders would be filled. Hope you get yours soon!

You're right, they charged for the items I did get, but not for the wipes. Since Chat had mentioned a refund, I thought the whole charge went through.

Wipes are still not found in our area or any online retailer. Neither is handsanitizer.

Was in there yesterday. No wipes.
One pallet of Scott to came in while I was there. People were fighting for them. Some were stealing out of others carriage when not looking.
I am still stocked up. So it was fun to watch.

I'm not going to search for posts but I do believe there have been a few people here that have mentioned seeing some in stores. But it's seems more like I got the store early and there were four bottles... not the whole shelf was overflowing. I thought perhaps, so many had stocked up, the back orders were coming in. My neighbor (who I gave some wipes to) said he has seen TP and papertowels in stores. He has to go to work and also had a lung condition last year. He probably needs the wipes more than I do. I'm able to hide in the house.

A couple weeks ago my Walmart had a whole bunch. I bought three of these. Pure luck. I was at the right place at the right time.

Just found them at my target this weekend. I check every time I go in the store. Usually, the aisle where they keep the chlorox wipes is empty. This weekend, they had some. Keep checking - they must be getting at least a few in stock!

I work at a BJ’s in Florida. We get around 2-3 pallets of sanitizing wipes in at my location per week. We usually don’t fill online orders for this item. It’s first come, first serve, limit of one. If we put it out in the middle of the day as soon as the truck comes instead of letting overnight put it out, we definitely don’t do any online orders. I assume you did the buy online pick up in club option- if you ordered from bjs.com with shipping to your home, those orders don’t usually come from the clubs. The easiest way to get wipes is to just call the club in the morning to see if there any to be had, and if so, be in line waiting for them to open as they sell out quickly.

I did buy them online to be delivered, not the buy online/pick up in store. We haven't been inside a store for about a month. I don't want to keep running into a store hoping to find the one item.

I don't understand though, if BJ stores are getting some, there must be some in the the online system too.

I suspect they are all going to the stores. I can see them giving priority to those coming into the stores.

The supply chain isn’t the same for the clubs and online orders. There is one location that fulfills most of the online orders that aren’t being handled by vendors.

So they may be telling their vendors to give priority to the supply chain that services stores.

Well, I'm not happy to hear that.
Well, judging from my Facebook feed, you are not alone in feeling that way. Or in running into that situation.

Well at the very least, getting a lesson on supply chain rules here. I had no idea.
