Has anyone bought a Heavenly Bed?

Just wondering- Starwood has the queen available for about $2500 online. If anyone has- any regrets? This doesn't seem too bad for all that you get. Box springs, mattress, 3 sheets, duvet, comforter, pillows etc.

I had a very good mattress set at home, but after sleeping in the heavenly bed I suddenly needed all new accompaniments! My best and favorite purchase has to be the down blanket I bought. We use it ALL year long, summer through winter. As far as sheets go, I've become a thread count snob! ACK! But they're so nice! New top of the line down pillows, new duvet, and new extra thick mattress pads were added to the down blanket. I created a heavenly bed and even my kids call it that now!

Have fun with your purchases! Had I not had the good mattress already I would have probably made the plunge!

Before buying you might want to try a temporpedic mattress.
The top of the heavenly beds is a type of memory foam. The temporpedic mattresses are all memory foam.

We went looking, and the other high end beds that we really
liked were the ones with the memory foam as the top layer. Just make sure you check out the temporpedic ones too!

I agree the heavenly beds are so awesome.

can you flip a heavenly bed? We regret buying a fancy pillow top that cannot be turned. Maybe the memory foam doesn't ever dent, but 've never slept on a bed that doesn't eventually feel like i roll to the middle...

Well, my boyfriend and I enjoyed the Heavenly Bed so much that it inspired us to copy it. So, we got a king size bed with a nice pillow top mattress. I have to say, now that I'm used to that wonderful thing, even the Heavenly Bed isn't that great anymore!

No matter how nice the hotel is, the bed is always a little uncomfortable to us now.

I hope more readers post a reply on this subject. I have never slept on a Heavenly bed, but have heard about how comfortable they are. We are in the market for a new bed and would LOVE to hear some first hand reports!

Pattymouse: If I were buying a new bed anyway, I would definitely go with the whole ensemble for the Heavenly bed. It only comes in all white, if that doesn't appeal to you, you could just buy the mattress and box springs, but the whole thing is really a deal if you ask me. We only spent three nights on it, and I'm hooked. Even my kids took one look and jumped right in as soon as we got there. Looks and feels like a big fluffy cloud.
