Has anyone booked and stayed in a Jambo Concierge recently?

I heard that Concierge is not likely to open for a while but the room will be available. How and when do you get difference in points back?

The notice DVC has about it was posted by someone in the past day or two although I'm not positive where it is. I'd expect it to be on the booking page if you select Jambo. Anyway, it says after your stay is completed you will receive the difference back between Concierge and standard view if the lounge had not reopened.

And the points are subject to the rules for their UY and etc. They aren't extending banking, for instance.
