Has anyone been to Nassau on Boxing Day?

We will be Nassau the day after Christmas this year. Boxing Day isn't a big deal were I live, but I have heard it is in the Bahamas.
Has anyone been there on Boxing Day? What port adventures are not available that day? We were interested in the Ardastra Gardens, but they will be closed and the Graycliff chocolate tour isn't available on holidays.
We aren't interested in beaches or water parks.
It is looking more and more like a ship day and I am ok with that.
I know we still have 4 months before we can make reservations, but thought I would check here for experiences.
