Has anyone been to Las Vegas at Xmas time?

We are considering going to Las Vegas for a couple of weeks in the run up to Xmas and I would love to hear from anyone who has been there at this time of year as I've previously only been in October, September and May!!!
What is the weather like? Do the hotels decorate etc?
Also, has anyone stayed at Wynn Resort?

I haven't been but I saw a programme on Las Vegas @ Christmas time/New Year. The hotels do decorate & the tree that was delivered to the Bellagio hotel was out of this world, it was so big they struggled to get it through the deliveries entrance.
