I've never been there but it looks like a great place to have fun and eat.

i've only been inside, but didn't stay long enough to know anything about the place...it looks like fun though. there are restaurants on the first floor...then on another floor is a dance club and hyperbowling...and another floor is a big arcade...i don't recall what the prices were, but DH and i thought it would be fun to hang out there with friends sometime!

We have one about 15 min away, and its one of the larger ones I think. There are two dance clubs, a video cafe (with big screen tvs for those sports fans), a few bars scattered about, many many pool tables, a hibachi grill, private rooms for parties, video games, a couple of virtual reality rides, and a REALLY cool bowling alley.

I swear, the bowling is probably my favorite thing to do there! The lighting inside is really cool, its like a little bowling club lit by blacklights with TVs playing funny clips above the lanes. Of course, it has another bar ;) It's a really cool atmosphere, not your typical bowling.

I LOVE Jillians! It's a different type of place to go on the weekends. If you want a more adult atmosphere, go after 10 pm on the weekends, everyone under 21 is kicked out (or should be, they're usually pretty good like that, unless you're friends with bouncers ;) )

It really doesn't have an arcade like atmosphere, its more upscale. A very different type place.

We have one in Boston and I've been there a few times with friends.

Ours has a floor with many pool tables, some blackjack tables and function rooms. Another floor has video games, arcade games and a bar. The last floor has a dance club.

The place is a lot of fun. One friend called it "Chuck E Cheese for adults". It's a good way to describe it.

Check out their website. I received a free $5 players card (for video/arcade games) from them.

We don't have any things here in Temple :(

I am pretty sure this is going to be where I chose for dinner for our dismeet. :)

Well first you would have to get some friends!!!! ;) ;) ;)

I never went, but saw it from the outside and we were thinking about going sometime. Actually Brandie...didn't we try to go one night after dinner at the Spaghetti Warehouse? I think it was closed for a private party. Through the windows we could see the private party people at gambling tables. Serena, you might call ahead just to make sure they do not have a private function going on the night of the meet. Looks like I won't get my chance to go now that I have moved and there isn't one near me anymore. Maybe I will make Brandie take me when I come up to visit her ;)

we have one here in boston...i think it might be the original jillians but i'm not sure...or maybe we have a gillians? i have no idea...

Serena,

I've been to the Jillian's you're asking about. Since we went with our kids we spent all our time in the arcade. Although the arcade is lots of fun, I strongly suggest you do not eat at the restaurant on that floor. They serve sandwiches, pizza, wings, etc. I've been there 3 times and have not received good service or food any time. The food has been cold, tastless, or soggy. I'd suggest trying one of the other floors for food.
