Has anyone been to Discovery Cove booked with Virgin Holidays recently?

We have booked Discovery Cove with Virgin Holidays and I'm just wondering whether we will get a time slot when the vouchers arrive with our flight tickets, or whether we will have to wait until the actual day we visit DC before we have any idea of what time slot we will get. I know actual swim times are allocated on arrival at DC, but just wondered if the tickets Virgin send have a time SLOT on them ie 9am-11am for example.

Just wondered if anyone has just come back and visited DC booked with Virgin, and what the procedure was?

Sorry not sure we booked ours direct with DC and got allocated the actual time of swim as soon as we checked in. We had a fantastic day here (my best day) You will really enjoy it I'm sure.

Mazzy,
Went in June booked through Virgin. There are no actual time slots, its a case of getting the time for your swim when you arrive. The earlier you arrive and book in the earlier your swim time.

Hi Mazzy,

We did DC two weeks ago with Virgin, there are no times on the tickets. We arrived at DC about 8.30am and got a slot with the dolphins at 9.40am. We had a wonderful time at DC, and the swim with the dolphins was magical.
