Has Anyone Been to CRT for Lunch - Post 2/1

If you don't get an answer we will be there on Feb. 17 for lunch.

We've eaten at CRT for the character breakfast and lunch, both were gross.
Breakfast, the french toast was microwaved. So it was soft in the middle hard around the edges (most of the breakfast was inedible IMHO) .
Lunch, we both did the Major Domo's pie (which use to be wonderful) was poor. :scared:
Way too overpriced for the poor quality of food here.
Just my opinion, hope others had a better experience.

Had lunch there last year against the wishes of my family (I am the mother of 4 sons!!!) Just mom wanting to remember the days of CRT when I was a teen and it was the only game in town. The food was pretty mediocre to be honest - chicken fingers, mashed potatoes and corn was the kids meal. My husband and I had a salmon salad which was fine. If you are going for the atmosphere - nothing beats dinner. Its dark and the dining room is more castle like and you can try hard and imagine yourself in "olden days" - that won't work at lunch.

I would love to read the details of anyone having lunch in the castle this month, or any month from here on out! We are there in July! :goodvibes

I hope we find out before you go, but if not, please do post. I need to know the menu due to my allergies and I don't trust dining anymore with their info because it can be so wrong at times. Not their fault, it's just not 100% accurate.

Me too :wave2:

We are really keen to know about lunch - we go in June. I spoke to a CM last night to check if the Princesses will be circulating for photographs etc and was advised that no they will not. The reason I was given was that their dresses were too big and they could not get around the tables! I know that they don't come round the tables at dinner but hoped that lunch may be different. Have booked Princess Storybook lunch in Norway just is case.

I have no answer as to whether the princesses will be circulating at lunch or not, but that is the most rediculous answer I've ever heard about the dresses. That CM is totally wrong. Princesses have been circulating at CRT for quite some time now and they do just fine. Those teeny tiny girls in the dresses are much smaller than some of the non-face characters (suzy and perla come to mind, as does donald).

I believe I've read on here that the princesses have been circulating at lunch up to now so I'm not sure why they would change now.

when I called for our reservations they told me that you meet Cinderella iin the hall and then the other princesses visit your table, but they will not guarentee what princesses will be there.

The princesses are most certainly still circulating at lunch. Cinderella will be in the lobby for pictures, which I think stinks. I much prefer it when they come to your table, at least you have a little one on one time without everyone waiting in line staring at you. I think that CM was a little confused!

Belle was in the lobby at PSB, which actually I could understand, because her dress was HUGE. She had on the gold dress which had to be the most beautiful dress I have ever seen. But, they called us in one at a time, so it wasn't bad.
