I just called CRO (and got put through to WDTC  ) The man I was talking to told me he knew nothing about AP codes, didn't even offer a time to call back, said something about having a 3 day weekend and just getting there, not knowing anything more than me etc... (actually I think i knew MORE than him....scary) he sounded hung over and pissed off about taking my call. I have to remember next time to ask to be transfered to a CRO agent, they are always so much nicer.

Anyways, has anyone gotten any info on the AP codes? If so could you please PM it to me?

As far as I know, Disney reservations are closed for today due to computer problems.

I thinks someone posted this somewhere on these boards.

Don't you just love Disney customer service sometimes? You should have gotten the CM's name that wasn't helpful. That is there job. If they can't do that, then what are they answering the phone for?

Sorry, but I am just kind of overwhelmed by all the posts regarding bad customer service-Disney use to be the standard that everyone would try to follow re: customer service.

I did speak with a nice CM last week named Jurnee-she couldn't have been more helpful. I wish you could pick who you talk to when you call. I'm talking about CRO, WDTC and Member Services for DVC-they really need to offer some intense training to the CM's-not all of them, but a good majority.

I called back and got through to CRO and talked to Vera. She was great! Funny too. She said everyone there is a bit on edge because the computers are out. She told me that the latest annual passholder rate she booked was in the middle of April no further yet and that If i needed to modify my reservation that it would be better to call back tomorrow. She was quite nice and very helpful :) Much better

I believe that WDTC has just hired around 200 new employees. I have a feeling a majority haven't finished their training yet. This is why I make sure to call to the CRO agents and from now on when I get put through to a WDTC agent I'm going to ask to be transfered
