Has anyone been recently? Character meets at Legoland

We are planning a super surprise trip at the end of May to Disney for a few days and Legoland. MY boys 3 and 6 are LEGO obsessed!! I was wondering if there are any characters available to meet in the parks? Can you meet the lego movie characters on site? Thanks for your help )

There are characters around the park. We saw some Ninjago characters and a character from the Lego magazine (my son knew him as that anyway)

From the Lego movie, there was a sign that both Emmett and Wyldstyle were there, but we only saw Wyldstyle.

We were there in the spring and they said they said as soon as Lego movie merchandise was put on the shelves, it was sold.

Unlike Disney, there were no long lines to greet the characters.

I saw on the site that they are doing character meals on Sundays. We are going during the week so I didn't look at it too closely, but it might be worth looking into. My son is going to lose it if we see Wyldestyle. That would make his whole vacation!

We were there in March, I saw a regular lego character (guy in red hat) and a chima character. We did not stop for pictures. I also did not see a schedule of meets anywhere, although I did not look very hard. My kids would have loved to see Emmett or Wildstyle.

Just there last week. DS met buddy (whoever that is) and Emmett and wild style. There are meet times in the show guide you pick up at enterance bt we actually just stumbled into both of the meetings.
