To be honest with you, Illuminations does not get cancelled much so if it's still on then your party will be too. They'll give your guests ponchos. I just talked to my SM about this the other day and she said its rarely cancelled. I'm not sure what they would do if the weather was really bad though. You should ask. Most of the countries have private rooms that can be used for back up I think.

I asked a similar question when going through our Letter of Agreement...Here is my question and the response:

In Section XX, inclement weather is mentioned. If we are moved due to inclement weather from our France Location and are no longer in the park/are unable to view Illuminations, are we refunding the $12.50 per person viewing charge?

Answer:We move you inside if it is raining, but we do give you the option to go outside just to watch the show. We will provide umbrellas for your group. The food and beverage will be inside. We do still charge the cost.

It rained for mine so we were moved inside to a location close to the UK pavilion. Ours was at the Lower UK. they do give you ponchos and an umbrella for the bride and groom at least. they did still try to make it very nice for me indoors. they saw my christmas lanterns for the tables and brought out poinsettias, christmas napkin holders, all kinds of little christmas touches for the buffet tables. it was really nice. although i was sad to have it rain, it was still magical. And of course, it had not rained on that day at all in over 30 years or some fool thing. LOL. Oh, well. i did not let it ruin my special day and like i said, it was still magical.
