Has anyone been on the Grand Gathering Safari?

I'm meeting up with some friends and we've scheduled to get together at the Grand Gathering Safari. I just read on another board that a member did not recommend it for children. We will have 5 adults and 5 kids (3.5, 4, 7, 7, and 11).

We're contemplating changing our GG plans based on that info, but don't want to do anything rash until we get more opinions.

Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated!!

I know several people that have gone on the GG Safari dinner at different times and said that their kids had a blast and loved it.
