Has anyone been able to trade for the New Traditions PTP?

I have only seen one and that was Scoops. Has anyone been able to trade for it and what did it take?

I wish.. the only one that I have seen in person was at Scoop's talk back in Nov. I have a feeling this will not be an easy pin to come by for some time. Perhaps as more CMs go through the training and more are put into circulation it will become do able but it has only been about 3 months of circulation which I don't think is enough time to make it very attainable.
