has anyone been able to get AP rates for july?

Sorry all, i'm new to the DL resort thing and was wondering if these exist? I am an annual pass holder at WDW and am looking to purchase an Ap while i'm here in california. I'm planning a trip the 14-16 of july and was wondering if anyone has been able to get discounts for that time...

They do exist but I'm not to sure if anyone has been successful in getting the rates for July. I highly doubt (but I could be wrong) that there would be any deeply discounted rates for your time frame since Disneyland's actual birthday is the 17th so I think it will be very busy. Give them a call and try you could get lucky!

I just called last night for July 26-28 and was told there are no AP rates for July. The best they could give me for the DLH was $285 per night!

I have a res for GCH for July 2 - 4. Got AAA rate back in Sept when I made the res; they said AP rates were not out yet.

I called in Feb to ask about AP rates and the CM said the AP rates were the same discount as AAA (15%) and since I already had that discount there was no need to re-rate it.

So, maybe ask for a AAA rate? It's worth a phone call.

When I tried to make reservations in Feb. for July 14-17, I was told there were no AP rates for July and the Paradise Pier has been booked since October. I think I was quoted 285 or so for the DH.

We've always stayed in one of the resort hotels (love them!), but thought we would try the Candy Cane this time for only 80/night and spend the extra money we saved in the park and on our cruise. Plus, they have their own shuttle, not they crowded, unsafe trolley (IMO) bus that the other hotels use.

I heard good things about the Tropicana Inn, Red Roof Inn and the Anahiem Hilton is always great.
