Has anyone actually received an order placed at Target.com in the past four days?

Something wonky is up with Target.com, I placed an order the wed before thanksgiving and two orders on Thanksgiving morning. I ended up getting sent duplicates of everything I ordered!

All my items purchased on Thanksgiving and the day before Thanksgiving arrived. Not all are showing under my SB account, but I have them in hand. Target has my Cyber Monday orders (just 2) all messed up! I had a store pick-up cancelled on me, and that money is still in limbo with my bank.

For anyone with store pick-up orders in limbo: I placed one the other day, and when I hadn't gotten the pickup message after a day and a half, I called the store. They said the order was ready, there was "just something wrong with their system and it didn't update the status properly". Once I got off the phone with them, I suddenly got the pickup notice. Moral of the story: call the store if your pickup order isn't ready in a day or two.

On an unrelated note but in regards to general Target.com issues this year - I got a "backordered" notice on one item I ordered, just to get the shipping notice on it less than a day later!

I ordered a ninja Thanksgiving night. I received it Monday. It was free shipping. I was surprised how fast it came.

YES! I have been on hold for 20 minutes with Target. My shipment of pajamas for my son came all the way to my distribution center one town over then went right back to Target distribution many states away. Fed ex claims it was a Target labeling issue. I better get those pi's as they were ordered on the 40% off day. ugh

Just an update: I did get the gift cards finally, and I have gotten two emails saying my in-store pick-up has been delayed. I called and tried to cancel but they said they couldn't cancel it. I think I will follow the suggestion to call the store directly.

I ordered DS a WiiU on 11/26. It shipped 11/27, and was delivered 12/2. The only problem we had is the delivery came after 9:30pm (the last time I looked outside, and turned off the porch light) and the package sat on my front door all night.
I'm very grateful I'm in the back of a cul-de-sac, and when the lights are off, you can't see in the cove where my front door is.
(so this is a UPS screw up, not Target)

Now, my shipping from Amazon is not going well at all. I hate UPS and USPS. I sent 2 packages to Chicago (ordered on Thanksgiving) for my R----t secret santa. (not using the name of the site here, in case it's not allowed) One was delivered the Saturday after Christmas, but left at a "back door" (of an apartment?) by UPS and the person didn't get it. It was a specialty item---an album from 1939---and the seller only had the one. The other arrived in Chicago on 12/2, but is stuck for some reason, and USPS says maybe Monday. My package of games, scheduled to be delivered today by UPS, is stuck at the depot here in FL. The Kindle I ordered (hit the $35 sale!) for me arrived in FL the same day as my husband's Kindle; his was delivered the next day, mine went on to visit TX, LA, GA and then back to FL. It was delivered a week after his. Both were shipped with UPS.

I really dislike UPS and USPS for shipping. I do wish you could choose your shipping, because I would never use UPS.

THIS!! Not Amazon orders but a few of my packages have traveled through my city to another city only to come back and be delivered. I have one package I am still waiting on, was out for delivery on Friday but have yet to receive it!! UGH! It's been in Baton Rouge since 4:00 am 12/11.

Update:
The second package to Chicago is still missing. It is still reading as being at the sorting depot, but no one knows where it is.
The shipper (3rd party through Amazon) was nice enough to resend the package, this time using USPS priority 2 day, and they were received on time.

I had another package (from Target) delivered on Sunday, by UPS. They put the package by my garage. I guess walking the extra 5 feet to my front door and leaving it there was too much. Only reason I knew it was delivered is that I got a text from Target.

I love online shopping...I would rather do it than face the crowds at the stores; but I really hate USPS and UPS.

On a positive note, I ordered DH's medications, and the pharmacy allowed me to stop all shipments with UPS and will only ship his packages via FedEx. Those were delivered the next day, doorbell was rung as well as a knock at the door, and the package slipped under the welcome mat (still obvious, but not as obvious as a package on the door). Love my FedEx guy!
