Has anybody done a return/exchange at QVC?

I sent something back 2 weeks ago as an exchange for a different size. I used their return label. The delivery time should take no more than 2 days. I keep checking their site and they still haven't acknowledged anything more than a delivery.

I'm getting very annoyed. Does it always take this long?

I don't think I'll be shopping at their site much anymore....

I've returned and exchanged a lot of things from QVC and it's never taken them longer than 7 days to process the return. I would give them a call to see what's up.

Not a return/exchange, but I recently purchased something that took over a week to acknowledge that it "was ordered/shipped". Up until then it only said "in process". Evidently, their site is slow.

You might want to call customer service to see if they can enlighten you further.

Call their customer service line. They are usually very helpful and can speed up the process.

The shipping fees are nuts and people on the qvc boards complain about that all the time. It seems someone is listening because lately there have been several TSV's with either reduced or free shipping. Now if they coyld just take it across the board. Why would i buy shoes from them when i have to pay not only to ship them but to ship back for an exchange? When Zappos does both for free.

Exactly! When I see shoes on QVC that I might want I always check Zappos first. Zappos gets them to me a lot quicker, too.
