Harry Potter what are the odds that it won't be open Spring Break?

We usually do Disney and Universal, last year was our first year that we didn't do Universal. We are huge Harry Potter fans, so we'd like to wait until it opens to go back to Universal. I'm thinking that the odds of it opening by the end of March 2010 are slim to none. Does everyone else agree with me?

Its goona be.The qeustion asked will it be open in the spring?
I think it will be open too A point.Not everything open at onetime,but some attractions will be open and running!!imo
