Harry Potter shirt does not fit WWYD?

I Got a really cool t shirt when I was at the wizarding world on Oct 27th and when I got home it does not fit!!! it looks like this.

I am devistated and I live in Vermont so its not like I can return it. What would you do if you were in my shoes?

Call guest services, they are pretty nice. When we got home I realized the wand we purchased had broken and they had me send it back in and then sent me a replacement.

Maybe they will be able to exchange it for a larger size.

Thanks for the number. We bought 2 Harry Potter shirts two weeks ago, and they are falling apart after one wash. They are the black ones with the gold WWOHP logo on them. DH put the one in the dryer (before I could catch it) and the the writing is completely coming off. The other one I did not put in the dryer and the writing is already cracking badly. I did wash them inside out. The quality is definitely not good although they look pretty cool. I want to call and see if we could get our money back since they were not cheap!

My ds' wand broke the day we got home, too. I don't have my receipt anymore. Did you have to send them your receipt?

OP, have you considered selling your t-shirt on e-bay. You will have no problem getting what you paid for it.

I did not, but we used our room charge so they might have just looked it up.

FYI--- We went to WWOHP last week and purchased 4 wands. My husband was very excited and it was his favorite part of the vacation. While we were there he was looking at his birthday wand and noticed it had a crack in it. He took it back to Olivanders and they replaced right there. We went back later in the week and he bought 2 more wands, Harry Potter and Voldemort. Today we were unpacking. I opened up the Harry Potter wand and noticed it also had a crack (shame on us for not checking while we were still in the park, but it appeared to be an unopened box). I searched Universal website to see about how to get his wand replaced and I couldn't find anything and none of the phone numbers took me to the right place... And then I remembered where I get all the good information so I came over to the Dis Boards!!

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS INFORMATION!! I called this number, got right through to someone. They are emailing me a FedEx label so we don't have to pay for shipping and they are going to replace our wand!! Thanks again!!
