Harry potter expansion timeline

Hi everyone, I know details haven't been released yet, but I was wondering if anyone had heard any information about the time line of harry potter expansion (in terms of years t o complete). Thanks!!

Until there is an official announcement from Universal, you aren't going to find any construction timelines...only guesses.

I was just trying to figure out if anyone here at any info- since these boards seem to know things before anyone else does! We were thinking of planning a trip to the orlando area sometime in the next few years and were trying to figure out if it was worth waiting for the expansion to be done, but seems like I'll just have to wait to find out

I think they are talking about the expansion at IOA...not the Studios. This would be two separate expansions. All the article says is "Universal Orlando" but a specific park is not named.

Now this I hadn't heard before. You're saying that WWoHP will not only expand to the Studios but also be enlarged at IoA? I wouldn't be surprised, but every theory I've heard thus far was either one or the other. Or have I not been paying attention lately?

There have been permits filed to remove some of the structures right outside of WW at IOA. If there is going to be a train connecting the two parks, they are going to have to do some sort of expansion at IOA.

I would assume that whatever is going in at USF will take about the same length of time as Wizarding World did from ground clearing to opening.

Now now...don't you remember the rumor about a year ago where The Lost Continent was going to be taken out and HP expanded? This was before the Jaws closure so I'm assuming this is the expansion they are talking about in the article. I definitely think there will be an expansion at IOA but the Studios...I'm still not convinced.
