I totally agree. I thought he was REALLY whiny through the whole book. I enjoyed the book, don't get me wrong, I LOVE the HP books. I just thought he seemed like he was constantly in a snit.

I took his whininess out of lack of being able to control his situations and frustration plus his wanting to do more for the Order but not being able to! Plus, aren't most teenagers whiney!? I look at my nieces and nephews and I think they could put every winery in the world out of business!!!!

What does everyone think of the casting of Helena Bonham Carter as Bellatrix? I think she'll be great ... but I like her, so that's prob. why!

I really don't see her as Bellatrix i think she needed to have very light blond hair and very pale like narsissa malfoy her sister. she just looks a little over the top to me.(the hair etc) the person i really do not think is right for her role is Umbridge. she needs to be more toad like, with a broader head and need to be a lot fatter with blond hair (like the pic in the book and she is described as a toad.)
it would take a lot to really please me, short of letting me cast, design, and direct the films.
But, I'm an overly obsessed, no hope for a cure, Harry Potter fangirl.

I'm so excited and even better the book could be out this summer too. Had I had enough room, there would be a countdown for the movie in my sig too. Sadly it will have to wait til Wicked is over & done with.

The 6th book does describe Bellatrix as "dark as her sister was fair", so I think they are on track with the dark hair and dark look.
