some things one doesn't recover from, but one simply learns to live with it. When vocal he seems to have a real fear and paranoia of the press due to his Mother's death and mental trauma he had. But at some point having your life revolve around this is not healthy. and his book, Doc is having his life revolve around this. Which is odd as in his single days he really didnt care. Images of him partying it up a a Vegas pool, and those infamous nude pool game shots. Yes he had official security but he wasnt living a life like a hunted man. I guess he felt things changed when she came in the picture and as a husband became more protective.
it sounds cold, but at some point one does get sick of hearing other people's sob stories. I have a guy at work, he real health issues in the family and himself. It affects his work ( he doesnt do much) At the start everyone was sympathetic, understanding... This is like 3 years ago... Now whenever we bump into him, people avoid him as he always starts about his health. It's like ok what thing does he have now. this defines him as a colleague as at this point we feel he's playing the sick card to be advantageous.. Same with Harry, yes it's sad a little boy lost his mom, happens every day. We support those and give sympathy but when it becomes something that defines him and he uses it to his advantage then people stop caring. In his mind, he is probably continueing the Diana story because he wants to keep her memory alive, spread knowledge on how bad the papps are, and mental health. Others view this is this how you are defining the rest of your life?? And making cash off of it.
