Harry and David pears

Back on 12/17, someone on here posted a deal for Harry and David pears. A 5 lb. box was only $17.96 with free shipping going through Upromise- you did not have to be a member. I placed an order and the pears came right before Christmas and look and taste beautiful- we have 3 left.

Today a rep called me with an offer of another 5 lb. with free shipping for $19.95. I told her I did better buying these last time and could she meet the same price. She checked with her supervisor and came back and offered them for a penny less than before- $17.95. They will be here by 1/7/13 in time to have us all eating healthier hopefully in the new year. It pays to ask.

Too funny - I just had the same phone call 15 minutes ago! I wasn't going to order since I still have pears left, but I was able to delay shipment, so they will arrive mid-January. She was even willing to delay shipment until 1/31/13.

I am so lucky to live in Southern ORegon where Harry and David pears are grown and shipped! Thank you for supporting a long time local business! The pears really are the best ever! If you get a chance try their sweet pepper relish! So yummy on cream cheese with crackers, tacos, eggs and just about everything!

Thanks to this thread I had to go looking. I had almost ordered these when I saw it on here but didn't. These comments have me drooling so I checked around and found this deal was still on but couldn't find free shipping. Looked a bit harder and found a deal to buy them for $19.99 and get a second for half off and free shipping so I just ordered 2 for about $30 I GOOD pears, can't wait to get these!!

I ordered some today also. My Sister gave DH some for his Christmas present. They were so good that when I saw them on sale $19.95 with free shipping, I placed an order. Should get them on the 7th. Can't wait.
