Harrison Ford injured on set

I've read and heard elsewhere that his ankle was fractured when a hydraulic door got it.

I am very concerned not just for poor Harrison but also that Star Wars may have been forced into some major cutbacks. The general press releases have said that his leg was injured by the door of the Millenium Falcon. However I saw in one of the British papers a quote from the Police saying they'd received a report that someone had been hurt by a GARAGE door. Bring back the CGI George.... All is forgiven.

the ability to injure actors and overuse lens flares is insignificant next to the power of the Force.

I wanted to open this thread with the seriousness it deserves. But I admit, I couldn't help but think of Indiana Jones reaching for a hat or a whip as a door closes down. I'm wondering if there wasn't supposed to be a reference gag that went wrong. Probably not, but now I want to see such a gag in VII (without injury).
